Terms & Conditions
Please note that all booking taken are done so, based on the guest’s acceptance of the terms and conditions as set down below.
Lake Hume Tourist Park’s Rules & Regulations are listed on the back of the park site map, which are issued upon entry to the park.
Deposits
A deposit of the first nights tariff per Cabin or Site is required within ten days of the reservation to confirm your booking. Payments may be made via your credit card over the phone. Cheques will be accepted as a deposit if there is sufficient time for clearance (5 working days) through the bank with the balance to be paid by cash, EFTPOS or credit card on arrival at our Reception Office. Please note that payment by personal cheques will not be accepted. Please note that you can pay any amount off your holiday before your stay. This can sometimes make things a little easier at holiday time. All tariffs are subject to change without notice by Management.
Cancellations
Please advise as soon as possible. One night’s tariff is retained if cancellation is within 2 months of arrival date. If the cancellation is more than 2 months prior to arrival date, a booking fee of $20.00 will be deducted, and the balance of your deposit will be refunded Full deposit will be retained if notice of cancellation is not received. Cancellation of booking is automatic if a deposit is not received within 10 days of the reservation. There is no refund of fees if cancellation or early departure is made during the booking period.
